The PS Climate Controlled Enclosure System PSK:
The brand new climate controlled enclosure system PSK offers a complete solution, consisting of a PS 4000 perfect panel system, the climate controlled enclosure is equipped with a special designer air-conditioning door whose depth profile contains a cooling module. By integrating the cooling module into the enclosure door, there is no assembly work required, and the work of cutting out the air inlet and outlet openings has been eliminated. As a costeffective complete solution, we are initially launching two climate controlled enclosure models with 1000 W and 1500 W as standard.

Enclosure Cooling Units SK
The enclosure interior can be cooled to below the level of the outside temperature. Separate internal and external circulation ensures that no dust from the environment is able to penetrate the system.
By revising its old cooling unit range to create new designer units, Rittal is breaking new ground in temperature control and monitoring. These units are available either as a basic version with thermostat control (Model No. ....100) or in a convenient micro-controller version (Model No. ....500) for immediate system analysis.

Super Mini Cooling Units/

Specially designed for use in restricted spaces, e.g. for mounting alongside or on top of compact enclosures and operating housings.
The new generation of midi cooling units was developed in a consistent continuation of the Rittal design concept.
This design revision produced a new generation of cooling units distinguished by unbeatable value for money.

Air/Air Heat Exchangers
The heated enclosure internal air is drawn in by a fan and passed through the heat exchanger module. Following the counterflow principle, external air, which is drawn in by a separate fan, likewise flows through the module. The heat exchange takes place on the aluminium plates of the heat exchanger, without direct contact between the air flows.

Centrifugal Fans
Specifically developed for 19" electronic requirements, rack-mounted fans ensure permanent movement of air within the enclosure, thereby preventing the formation of hot spots, particularly in the upper area of the enclosure.
Centrifugal fans are ideal for effective heat dissipation for applications with high thermal loads and densely populated electronic enclosures. In this case, the enclosure interior is cooled via the infeed of filtered external air and the dissipation of heated enclosure internal air.
Rack-Mounted Cooling Units
If the enclosure interior is to be cooled to below the level of the outside temperature, the rack-mounted cooling unit is the most installation-friendly solution for 19ð electronic enclosures. The cooling unit can simply be pushed into the lower section of pre-populated electronic enclosures.
Roof-Mounted Fans
Heaters
Heating of the enclosure interior is particularly required in order to prevent condensation or to protect against frost, by preventing the enclosure temperature from dropping below the dew point.
Rittal enclosure heaters ensure a high level of heating efficiency in the smallest space, and are tailored to suit each specific application.
